This is a remote/ rotational position, working two weeks on and two weeks off or three weeks on and three weeks off, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.

Job Purpose:

Our Dispatch Analyst job will provide you with the opportunity to work and live on the North Slope of Alaska on a rotational basis. Each day, you be part of an important team performing a variety of analytical duties in a fast-paced environment for our operations on the North Slope.

External Description:

Our Administrative Technicians:

  • Track, analyze and record activity logs for equipment and employees through use of proprietary software.
  • Generate and ensure accuracy/integrity of various activity and manpower reports for management and clients.
  • Coordinate disbursement and processing of employee timesheets.
  • Perform analysis and reconciliations of equipment dispatch data.
  • Analyze equipment usage to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient and effective alternate relationship
  • Accountable for safe work practices and safety training compliance.
  • Demonstrates support for the company's environmental management system.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

  • Analytical & problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
  • Quickly assimilate processes and identify improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong desire to independently pursue concerns or issues identified from the desk without direction.

  • Must have ability to stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, reach through low and high ranges, and exhibit normal balance and coordination. These basic physical requirements are essential for safe performance of the job in harsh environments with exposure to very cold temperatures and while wearing arctic gear.
  • Must stand throughout evaluation.
  • Aerobic capacity evaluation via 3-minute step test.
  • Sit and reach and range of motion evaluations.
  • Lift 25 lbs. from floor to waist with two hands.
  • Lift 25 lbs. from floor to shoulder with two hands.
  • Carry 25 lbs. for 15 feet with two hands.

External Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and the ability to be insured by Worley's auto insurer.
  • North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC). Worley can provide NSTC certification training, if needed.
  • Two (2) years of progressive experience in administrative duties, customer service, and data entry.
  • Two (2) years of experience with the Microsoft Office Software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of reporting and analysis database experience.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Computer Science.
  • Experience working with remote North Slope operations.
