Dispatcher/Customer Service Job at Shaughnessy Overland Express, Inc
The candidate we seek is experienced in high end customer service but not necessarily in the car hauling business. Must be able to perform in a high paced environment. The Dispatcher is an integral part of the Dispatch Team and must possess a positive, proactive and team focused approach to daily work.
The essential functions of the position:
- to make daily outbound calls
- receive incoming calls
- schedule deliveries
- deliver exceptional customer service
- meet goals in a fast-paced office environment
- must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed

With almost 10 years in the business, we are the premier Luxury Car Transport Business in South West Florida. We currently have a fleet of ten trucks and trailers. With more equipment on order, we will be expanding and needing additional dispatching. We are dedicated to growth for both our staff and our business.
