DISPATCHER/DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Minimum age of 25 due to insurance limitations,
• Current/Valid Colorado driver's license
• Clean MVR, DOT physical, drug test required
• COVID vaccinated
• Safe and efficient driving skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Proficiency in using navigational apps and tools safely
• Knowledge of computers
• Ability to multi task and organize
• Ability to work under "fluid" conditions and frequent fast paced environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to follow critical incident procedures and provide guidance to drivers during an emergency
• Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Physical Stamina/Ability to Load and Unload Luggage,
• Desire to excel
• Professional Appearance

DISPATCHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driver assignment
• Vehicle assignment
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers
• Use software to route pickups and drop offs
• Calmly and completely relay information to drivers & customers
• Use phone (call & text) and two way radios to contact drivers and other personnel
• Responsibly communicate with management to address and/or resolve concerns/issues

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safe and efficient transport of customers to and from airport, arriving at and departing from locations on schedule, use of navigational apps and driver tablet, professional interaction with customers, clear communication with dispatch, customer service and operations management, ability to maintain composure "under load."

COMPENSATION, PAY SCALE & SCHEDULE:

• $19.00/hour during shifts as dispatcher & $17.75/hour +tip pool during shifts as driver
