Essintial is a rapidly growing, award winning, IT Services company headquartered in Central Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Full Time t Dispatcher / Sourcing Agent to join our team.

The right candidates will have high energy, great negotiation skills, be a quick thinker and a multi-tasker.

Hours:
Sunday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Monday-Thursday 230PM-11:00PM

This is not just a job, it is a Career! Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Determine a customer’s needs based on their description of their problem within the work order.
• Understand the required action plan comprised of parts determination, technician expectation setting and any tools or documentation that may be necessary to resolve the customer’s issue.
• Upon training, utilize a platform to locate technicians with the proper skill set able to provide troubleshooting and repair services. These services spread to a wide variety of customers ranging from retail to government facilities while servicing Computers, Point-of-sale (POS) systems, Printers and Servers.
• Negotiation skills are required following the location of a qualified technician in order to determine a competitive price point both profitable for the company as well as adhering to fair market value for the contractor.
• Responsible for the scheduling of service events and coordinating on site times with the field service engineers in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Excellent people and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• General knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with an excellent attendance record.
• Comfortable with negotiations.
• Type 45+ WPM.
• Basic knowledge with Office, including Outlook, Work and Excel.
