What you will be doing:
Serve divorce clients exceptionally well through systematic, empathic communication, excellent on-time written legal work, and excellent in-court oral advocacy.
Meet billable hours and revenue requirements by billing in real-time for all work completed.
Coordinate with the office manager and their team leader to ensure 100% collection for work billed.
Be 100% responsible for all aspects of their caseload, from the beginning of their cases through trial.
Collaborate and plan key case objectives with their paralegals on a daily basis.
Create an effective negotiation strategy to accomplish client’s primary goals, and then execute on that strategy during mediation.
Share knowledge freely with their fellow attorney team members, as well as other firm members, so everyone can learn and improve as quickly as possible.
Attend Friday team meetings and call every client every Friday.
Disconnect from cases and refuse to allow client’s problems to become our problems.
Communicate positively, openly, and honestly with their fellow team members and their colleagues. They do not engage in gossip or create drama or conflict in the office or in the broader legal community.
Focus on creating intergenerational wealth for themselves and their families by meeting billable hour and revenue goals, and by serving clients and their colleagues exceptionally well.

Active Utah Bar License with no bar disciplinary actions
At least 3 years experience in the following: (1) in-court litigation, including proffer hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials; (2) mediation; (3) family law
Communicating with empathy and compassion with clients
Billing work completed in real time
Sales and closing
Assist office manager and work with client to ensure 100% collection rate on hour billed
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy

Proficiency with Apple computers, Microsoft Word, Slack, Google Suite, Clio, and Zoom
