Central Transport has an opportunity to sponsor your tuition through school and enter into our Dock-to-Driver Trainee program for local positions at the Elkridge terminal
While working as a paid Dock Worker/Forklift Operator making $20-$21 per hour DOCK you can also attend CDL Class A training school!
Once you are successfully through school and Central Transport's training program you start as a driver making $80,000-$100,000+ in the first year!
Driving Position Available:
Night time Line Haul driving position that you run terminal to terminal returning DAILY. Dock/Forklift work required for the position
Full Benefits Package Available for Full-Time Employees
Job Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License w/ability to get CDL A Permit
· Forklift experience preferred w/ability to perform freight handling duties
· Work various shifts/nights/weekends/environments while attending CDL School
· Ability to pass DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Check
Must work as a dock worker for the first 90 days to qualify for the dock to driver program.
