We are looking for a Document Scanner to join our team! This is an entry level position into the accounting department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for scanning including removal of paperclips or staples and sorting them in the correct order
• Scan documents to be archived in the scanner making sure items being scanned are in the correct orientation so they can be retrieved electronically
• Maintain daily work flow to ensure all documents are scanned in a timely manner
• Quality check of documents
• Follow lawful directions from supervisors
• Understand and follow work rules and procedures
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale
• Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma and six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Professional personal appearance
• 40 hours a week Monday–Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in keyboarding, strong knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail

• Able to work with a diverse group of people
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a motivated, self-starter
