Dough Maker

Crumbl Cookies coming to Northlake Blvd is looking for a dough maker that is at least 18 years of age. We make all our cookies from scratch and need someone who is dependable and hard-working and has attention to detail. Applicant must also be competent in following a recipe. Energy, focus, and speed are necessary for success in this role. A dough-maker should be comfortable working in a high performance, target-driven environment while promoting teamwork and efficiency. Training offered on-the-job; no previous bakery experience necessary.

Responsibilities Include:

Work quickly, while accurately following a recipe

Quickly ball freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the day

Frost sugar cookies

Work with a team to accurately complete tasks

General Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older to apply

Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills

Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products

Basic math and computer skills

Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods

Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability

Stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Legally eligible to work in the United States

Excellent communication skills

Time-management skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Able to stand for hours at a time
