Position Overview
This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job. Supervisors may assign additional responsibilities and the responsibilities may change as the needs of the business change.

Responsibilities:

1. Setup tables, chairs, heaters and umbrellas (Rotate during the week)

2. Stock straws, napkins, saucers and spoons in runner station.
3. Clean and refill honey dispensers.

4. Run all beverages during shift.
5. Refill bottled beverages.

6. Clean and polish French presses.
7. When delivering drinks to the Guest, bring napkins, utensils and straws. Always repeat the drinks to the Guest and ask if they are waiting for anything else, if not then take away the table number and ask them to enjoy their beverages.
8. Refill the ice drawer, cups and lemons throughout the shift. Make sure to keep the bar runner area clean at all times including honey dispensers.
9. Help the back bar station whenever you have time and no drinks to run.

10. Keep the coffee condiments area by the bar clean and refilled throughout the shift.
11. Make sure that all DECAF drinks have a twisted napkin or marker in the cup.

12. Responsible to call out the correct name of the customer and able to provide the full description of the drink.
13. Must greet the Guests and thank them when they leave.

Closing PM:

14. Refill and clean all honey dispensers.
15. Restock straws, napkins and spoons in runner station.

16. Deep clean all bar shelves.
17. Clean and detail assign refrigerator.

18. 2 nights a week – Sunday and Wednesday – Leave pump pots with Purocaff overnight.
19. Check with manager every day and throughout your shift for ANY additional duties needed for your shift.

General and Safety:

1. Use safety belt and safety shoes at all times.
2. Use hand truck to move or lift anything over 15 lbs.

3. Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking and handling of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

4. The position requires lifting of 25 lbs. anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
5. Watch for wet floors and spillage, put signs and dry immediately.

6. CLEAN AS YOU GO! Watch for food, debris and objects on the floor.
7. The position requires the employee to be friendly and courteous.

8. Our Guests always come first!

Physical Requirements:
1. The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & un-assisted

2. The ability to respond quickly to sounds

3. The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
4. The ability to safely climb ladders

5. The ability to work in cold temperatures
6. The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

7. The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing

Pay Range: (Pay ranges applicable to CA locations only)

• Hourly
• $17.00 Minimum - $18.00 Maximum
