Job Title: Direct Support Professional/Residential Behavior Specialist

Education, Experience and Skills:

Become a part of our Center, a program that is internationally known for evidence-based programs, innovative work in self-control and effective coping procedures, and research. This position provides direct supervision to clients in an acute residential setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists are trained by clinicians in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and other areas, and work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, BCBAS and more!

Schedule: Full-Time:

3rd shift: 11:00 pm - 8:00 am Mandatory 1 Weekend shift of your choosing or Friday - Sunday 12 HR shifts available

• Candidates Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and insured auto.
• At least 1 years experience working with individuals who have special needs, but we welcome persons new to the field who are willing to learn and make a difference!
