Job Overview
To facilitate the flow of organizational information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face to face.
Education and Experience
High school diploma; high school level reading and writing skills; basic arithmetic skills; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant and audible speech with good enunciation; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization.
