ParsonsKellogg is seeking an E-Commerce Catalog Manager to help grow our online store by managing and organizing all assets required to optimize and publish new product listings across ParsonsKellogg sites.

This is a hybrid position, with two days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) required in-person at our office in East Providence. This job has a strong data and analytics focus.

The E-Commerce Catalog Manager will play a key role in managing our online stores. In addition to being accountable for maintaining and managing product information and digital assets in Product Information Management (PIM) systems for brands through varied e-commerce channels, you will be responsible for maintaining accuracy in the product catalog and will play a key role by ensuring that all product data is complete and optimized for the best performance in DTC and various online retail channels. You will report directly to the Senior Creative Director and help support the overall strategy and objectives established by our e-commerce team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the upload of product data from various internal teams into the Product Information Management system.
• Augment data with additional assets to create the best possible product listings.
• Support the Brand Team to deliver an elevated shopping and customization experience.
• Coordinate e-commerce image/video needs with internal team and external vendors.
• Work with internal team to optimize on-sight merchandising to maximize sales.
• Coordinate UX product attributes and create corresponding assortments.
• Create and drive quality checks for online products, including images, categorization, pricing and availability to optimize customer journey on all channels.
• Provide regular reporting on progress of product launches and improvements.
• Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal teams on product optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in merchandising preferred.
• 2-3 years’ Ecommerce site experience. Prior experience in apparel industry preferred but not required.
• A high energy, positive attitude with the drive and motivation to constantly be improving the ParsonsKellogg online experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to both big and little details with an ability to respond to last minute requests and adapt to changes in business trend.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multi-tasks and be extremely organized.
• Understanding of web analytics and metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and excellent Excel skills.
• Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Must be friendly, empathetic, and willing to help others – both customers and team members.
• Must have a positive attitude and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
