E-Commerce Tailor Shop Coach
Hours of Operation:
Work Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Days and hours may fluctuate due to workload. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
E-Commerce operations for Tailored Brands at BVDC is seeking an interactive, communicative, dependable, and motivated team player to join their team to provide assistance to management with daily E-Commerce fulfillment operations. The responsibilities of the position will consist of but are not limited to the following:

• Performs staff-level responsibilities when not performing coach responsibilities
• Conducts Daily Huddle Meetings as needed
• Communicate Safety Tips
• Coaching those employees who are not Meeting the Reasonable Expectation
• Daily Production Planning as needed
• Daily Schedule Control as needed
• Conduct 1 Hour Interval Follow-up to Give Employees their Score
• Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information
• Assist management to promote “best practices”
• Assist in training and developing employees.
• Maintaining current & accurate inventory
• Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management
• Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition
• Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management
• Understand the department’s goals and objectives
• Participate in personal development opportunities
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude consistently
• Assist in other projects or any other areas of the distribution center

Requirements:

• Basic MS Office skills
• Intermediate Excel skills a plus
• WMOS System Knowledge
• Working experience in the department is a plus
• Demonstrated “Leadership” skills within the department
• Performs current duties at a “Meets or Above Standard Rating”
• Must consistently meet or exceed departmental average “Units Per Hour”
• Ability to fill in for Supervisor for any shift, in any department or building when required
• Ability to work effectively with others at all levels and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions
• Good verbal and written communication and interaction skills
• Good people and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks
• Ability to learn new skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform and effectively coach others
• Ability to engage, motivate and inspire employees
