The E Services Associate is responsible for the resolution of chats from both internal and external clients; performs a wide variety of complex and technical tasks associated with client transactions within specified time and quality parameters; responsible to promote the image of the Bank in a professional and positive manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Takes ownership and ensures timely responses and resolutions of all Banking client issues, both internal and external, through chat, email, and internal requests database.
- Reinforces the application of superior client service through his or her own example.
- Attend various product knowledge and client service training classes – both online and in a classroom setting.
- Provide training, as needed to other department personnel.
- Ensure optimum knowledge of all systems used in E Services.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience must consist of customer service or the financial services industry
Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank’s products and services
Must be able to type 55 wpm or more to qualify for this position. Will be tested.
Must be available between the hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday: 10:30am- 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm Rotating
