Early Childhood Teacher Job at Lebanon Children's Garden
Lebanon Children’s Garden is currently seeking qualified Toddler and Pre-School Teachers to join our Early Care and Education team. We are looking for teachers who want to be a part of our vibrant child-centered learning community.

*Assume a leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the classroom through planning, observation, assessment and teaching.
The Applicants will exhibit these skills and experience :
*Collaborative and flexible team player who possesses effective communication skills.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple situations effectively
*Meet the Maine State Childcare and Licensing Standards for Head Teacher.
Preferred Candidates will have :
Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent combination of training and experience.
*CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
*1+ year Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
*Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children.
*Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
* Able to speak, read, and write English.
