About The Kids, EIS inc. is an early intervention company that works with infants and toddlers (birth to third birthday) who have or could be at risk for a developmental delay or have a diagnosed disability, including those born premature, exposed to toxins/drugs, birth trauma, chromosomal abnormalities, exposed to toxins, language delay, and/or could be medically compromised. Home viisits are made to the client's home to work on set developmental goals while working with the parents in a coaching model. Knowledge of Early Start, IFSP's, Regional Center, and developmental milestones is needed. You will need to show profecientcy in the 7 developmental domains of gross and fine motor, cognition, expressive and receptive language, social emotional, and adaptive/self help.
After training, you must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week during the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at least 3 days out of the week. (you may work more hours if you chose. This is the minimum). You must also be available the third Friday of the month from 2:00 to 5:00 for staff meetings.

We are not an ABA program
Our main office is in Lake Elsinore.
Training is provided.
Specialists do not exceed a 30 mile radius from their place of residence. So please, if you don't live in one of the cities listed above or close to it, please do not apply.
An iPad and laptop are provided to complete job duties. Should be MAC proficient
