eCommerce Inventory Analyst Job at SJK Enterprises LLC
SJK Enterprises LLC is rapidly growing eCommerce retail company specializing in shelf stable consumable products in the grocery and pet categories.
We source products from various vendors including world renowned brands like Dr Pepper and Pepperidge Farms, to wholesalers and distributors including ADMC and KeHE, to specialty, hard-to-find brands like VITA Foods.
Our mission is to better the lives of our customers by putting the right product, in the right place, at the right time. The right product could be a regionally based soda that provides the taste of someone’s hometown, a specialty dog treat that your pet needs, or a new release that isn’t in every retail store yet.
We’re currently looking to add an Inventory Analyst to our team to manage our inventory for growth by replenishing active products, finding new products and vendors, monitoring on hand inventory, and reconciling inbound shipments and adjustment transactions.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys analyzing data to make decisions, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is motivated to get better every day.
Responsibilities:
- Review sales reports and generate purchase orders
- Research vendor catalogs for products that meet our buying requirements
- Search for manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers in the grocery and pet categories we may be able to work with
- Monitor inventory adjustments and request reimbursements when needed
- Reconcile shipments to ensure quantity received matches the quantity shipped
Skills
- Proficient with G-Suite (Specifically Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Punctual and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Amazon or other eCommerce platforms a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
