WE ARE HIRING: Electric Bike Rental Associate

Background:

BoltAbout is an electric bike retail and rental store in beautiful Avila Beach. We have the pleasure of providing incredibly fun experiences for tourists and locals at our storefront. Our goal is to provide our customers with an ebike rental experience so fun that they want to come back again next year.

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time or full-time team member who has experience with providing stellar customer experiences. This is a fun job in Avila Beach serving customers who are excited to have a great experience renting our electric bikes and scooters. It can get busy at times which makes time go by quickly and you'll make extra money from customer tips.

We're looking to fill two positions, one position will be 4-5 days per week, and the second position will be 2-3 days per week. You'll have consistent and reliable scheduling and work from 9:30am-5:30pm.

This job is fun, fast-paced, and best of all, you get to work at the beach at a store whose primary focus is to create fun experiences for our team and customers.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Electric Bike Rental Associate - 32-40 hours per week, OR 16-24 hours per week
• Average pay (including tips) is $22-28/hour. Base pay is $18/hour + tips. If tips are low and you make less than $20/hr, we pay you an extra bonus to ensure you're guaranteed to make $20+/hr.
• Folks with experience as a restaurant server or similar job with a focus on providing great customer experiences in a fast paced environment are a perfect fit for this job.
• If you have any experience as a bike mechanic, that's a huge plus but definitely not a required skill for the job as we plan to fill this role separately.
