As a member of the Zero-G Horizons team, you will help create the technologies and unmanned systems that enable humanity's future infrastructure and capabilities.
From aerial, underwater, and space systems, you will help manage the execution of our cross-domain program portfolio. You will work closely with the Office Manager, Chief Engineer, and CEO to support the alignment of project, team, business, and customer requirements.
You will leverage project management and budgeting tools to manage and track execution of on-going efforts with various government agencies, from NASA, the DoD, and NOAA.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Proven project management experience on highly technical and dynamic teams.
- Proven experience managing program risks to ensure delivery of technical solutions for customers.
- Proven budget management skills for project- and program-level budgeting and forecasts.
- Proven verbal communication skills to guide project teams and customers to success.
- Proven technical writing skills for reports, documentation, and deliverables to customers.
Education:
- MS or PhD in engineering, science, or relevant technical domain.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other Management-Efficiency Certification
Mindset:
- Ability to effectively work, adapt, and communicate on a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team.
- Focused results-driven technical manager passionate about robotics, automation, and/or unmanned systems.
- Values and executes clear communication with team to support rapid development

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
