The Project/Roles: SMEC is currently seeking a seasoned “Engineering Project Manager” to work on a climate resilient agricultural and water management project in South Asia. The project will commence on 2nd Quarter of 2024, if successfully awarded to SMEC.

Minimum Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• He/she has Master’s Degree in Civil/Water Resource Engineering or Irrigation Engineering
• He/she has minimum of 20 years relevant experience in water resource development/management projects
• He/she has 10 years in management positions including as a Team Leader in relevant projects
• He/she has 3 years international experience outside country of nationality
• He/she has experience of working with community organizations in water sector (flood control, drainage and irrigation, riverbank/coastal protection etc.)
• He/she has previous project experience in South Asian Region
