An Engineering Records Analyst is needed to
support the Lockheed Martin Aero Facility and
Plant Equipment (F&PE) program. This position
assures the integrity of F&PE data going into the
LM ProjectWise application. The Records Analyst
will also assist a specific engineering and/or craft
trade to have the correct engineering drawing in
relation to assigned work orders with LM Maximo
for Plant and Equipment. Job duties will include:
Review engineering documentation,
evaluate/categorize against LM standards,
catalogue and populate into a database. Use
personal computer and Microsoft Office
applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
to document drawing disposition and track team
progress. Use Adobe software to review and
check scanned files. Use personal computer and
Windows Explorer to perform electronic file
management tasks. Review project closure and
provide support to facilities engineer for closure.
Requires flexibility to learn and interact with new
software applications as they come online. Must
be a team player willing to work in an industrial
setting. Requires boxing and lifting of
documentation boxes. Position will be based at
LM Aero site in Palmdale, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the Maximo EAM system
or similar technical platforms with user
experience.

Working knowledge of the Bentley ProjectWise
Software or similar technical platforms with user
experience.

Working knowledge of AutoCad or Microstation
Software with experience.

Demonstrated experience with interpretation of
construction drawings, construction
specifications, equipment data sheets,
equipment operations and maintenance
manuals.

Basic understanding of data base usage and
configuration control.

Demonstrated expertise with MS Office
applications
Desired Skills:
Understanding of documentation naming conventions *Familiarity with Bentley products:
ProjectWise, Facilities *AutoCAD or Microstation
experience. Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $41,300 - $74,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
