Coordinates the integration of product elements and analyzes & resolves issues with engineering product structure. Develops, integrates and implements engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions. Works under general direction.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is an onsite position. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Renton, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering related fields
1+ years of experience in an engineering related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience in design engineering / Engineering Design processes
Experience in developing and managing metrics and RCCA’s and/or BPSMs (Boeing
Problem Solving Model)
Change Management experience
Solid Communication Skills
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2-5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay Range Level 3: $96,000-$129,950
