Description

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain policy and standard framework for Enterprise Resiliency program including Business Continuity and Technical Recovery and define the governance model used to track compliance.

• Develop and publish metrics and reporting to provide transparency to IT and Business leadership around the current state of resiliency capabilities, including regular updates on status of Resiliency Roadmap to Executive Leadership Team as well as the Board of Directors.

• Represent Huntington’s Enterprise Resiliency program to internal and external stakeholders including regulators such as the OCC and Federal Reserve Board.

• Champion initiatives to mitigate the risk of operational impacts due to technology or facility disruptions in critical business areas.

• Partner with First, Second, and Third Line of Defense to ensure strong control environment is maintained and proper oversight is in place.

• Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and shape Huntington’s IT strategy to ensure applications and data have appropriate resiliency capabilities.

• Foster a strong team identity and culture in a remote work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 10+ years of related experience

• Skilled in articulating and interacting with both technical and non-technical leaders
