• W2 Position- Weekly pay and uncapped commissions (salary is negotiable and decided upon hire)

Requirements

• Canvas assigned territories on foot daily, meeting with homeowners face to face.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm effects
• Guide homeowners through their insurance claim process
• Schedule follow-up appointments with homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the job
• Independent nature, self-‐discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their work schedule)
• Must be able to self-generate leads
• Overnight Travel to New Hire Orientation and Sales Training Required
• Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
