Estimator

The Estimator will use franchisee provided claim information to create an accurate estimate in

Xactimate or Symbility of work done on a job.

What you'll do:

• Determine what factors will influence the cost of a service
• Prepare material, cost, and labor estimates for the service
• Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors
• Compile and record actual costs
• Understand the project/program and its requirements
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
• Access intake information within R365, MICA Mobility, and Xactanalysis
• Produce sketches within Xactimate
• Produce estimate in either Xactimate or Symbility for any Water, Fire, Contents, Packout,
• Mold, Trauma or Reconstruction job
• Utilize QA Assist and ensure adherence to industry compliance standards
• Maintain and update tickets in Zendesk
• Ensure accuracy of client billing process

What you bring:

• Proficient with estimating software (Xactimate or Symbility)
• Knowledge of Restoration processes in Water, Fire, Mold, Packout, Contents, Trauma and
• Reconstruction
• Ability to utilize strong multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• necessary for managing multiple projects at one time in a professional manner and under
• minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, insurance carriers, and team
• members
• Possess high accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
