Seeking a dedicated and professional Janitorial Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners. We are committed to providing excellent commercial janitorial services using the highest standards of service and customer care.
The Janitorial Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the business and supervises a team to ensure a high degree of cleanliness and that contract required outcomes as described in specific contracts are met. Responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and inspecting the work of building cleaning staff. To be successful in this role, the supervisor must set and maintain high standards of cleaning on a daily basis for both themselves and their teams. They should be organized, have good communication skills, an understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily janitorial operations run smoothly and that customers are satisfied.

Janitorial Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
- Traveling to and from client locations is required
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Previous work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to use personal protective equipment as required
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Physically able to carry a backpack vacuum cleaner (up to 30 lbs.) for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work between the hours of 3:00 PM and approximately 11:00 PM
- Must be able to work rotating on-call weekend shift
