Event Setup and Property Maintenance Crew Member for high end event venue in Mendon, MA.

Grand View offers panoramic water views and a spectacular setting for private events which can accommodate 100 to 250 guests comfortably. Our luxurious event space is nestled upon 8 acres of land and has recently undergone an extensive renovation earning its reputation as one of the most beautiful properties in the north-east region with the service and cuisine to match.
JOB SUMMARY
Duties will include (but not limited to):
-Setting up events per the Banquet Event Order
-Detailing Set Up per Venue Standards
-Lifting, Pulling, Pushing up to 75lbs
-Setting up indoor and outdoor spaces as needed
-Property Maintenance duties as required to keep the Venue in pristine condition
-Ability to work early weekend mornings and evenings based on event schedule
-Must have the ability to work independently and complete set up assignments with little supervision
-Re-setting room as required to a "tour ready" set or for the next event
-Must be extremely reliable and have an excellent work history of dependability and responsibility
-Willing to complete other outside tasks as requested including light property maintenance per the Property Manager and General Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
