Kona Ice Roseville Area is looking to hire motivated and charismatic individuals who know how to work hard and have fun! We are a shaved ice mobile vendor and our primary customers are kids who are very excited to grab a Kona Ice! This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company. We participate in a wide variety of local events, including school events, youth and school sports, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

Kona Ice drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed, and want to make a lot of money then working for Kona Ice is the perfect fit.

Ideal Candidates:

• Must love working with people and kids
• Are customer service oriented
• Be comfortable driving the Kona Ice truck to and from events
• Enjoy working independently
• Are able to GREET and SERVE customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm
• Be able to take orders with speed and accuracy
• Perform basic cleaning and stocking of Kona trucks
• Closely follow sanitation and food-safety procedures
• Complete beginning/end-of-shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking
• Are Drug-free and can pass a background check
• Are over 18 years old

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm
• Be comfortable driving the Kona ice truck to and from events - we provide training
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy
• Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations and performing basic cleaning of unit/warehouse
• Accept payments and operate Square point of sale - training included
• Complete beginning and end-of-shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking

• Valid California Driver's license with a clean record is required
