Position: Event Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and preparing the venue according to event plans and instructions.
• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome, answering any questions they may have and directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor event spaces to ensure they remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the event.
• Assist with event logistics, such as crowd control, ticketing, registration, and guiding attendees to their designated locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, and act promptly in handling any emergencies or issues that may arise during the event.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry event equipment as needed.
• Prior experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
