As the Executive Assistant you will be supporting several Executive Leaders here at Corbins/NXG with high-level administrative support. You will live the company culture, understand business priorities and will be able to anticipate needs proactively to be the “go-to” person.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all assigned Executive Leaders
  • Work closely and effectively with Executive Leaders to understand and be able to proactively anticipate their needs
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive level meetings and conferences, including meeting attendance to take notes as requested
  • Prepare conference rooms and arrange catering of meals for any meeting or event that it is required
  • Manage all travel arrangements including scheduling, booking, and preparing itineraries
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Prepare written materials as requested, memos, meeting agendas, PowerPoints, emails
  • Liaise with external partners and business guest
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Data tracking, bonding, and licensing
Qualifications:
  • Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills are critical factors for this position
  • Excellent organization skills that give the ability to multi-task
  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to be effective independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Construction background preferred
  • Client-facing experience preferred
Education/Certifications
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
