JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer. These duties are to include but are not limited to Outlook calendar and contact maintenance, and travel management. This individual will interface with other department staff and provide Receptionist backup as needed. This individual may be required to provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer while also respecting confidential matters.
- Arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, conferences and department meetings.
- Provide efficient meeting planning and scheduling for assigned department heads.
- Arrange complex international travel for the staff while ensuring cost efficient pricing and travel policy compliance. Monitor travel progress across several time zones to insure efficient travel for staff members.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Interfaces with global staff to provide proper management of company communications.
- Provides Receptionist backup duties as needed.

Requirements:- 5 years’ experience supporting an Executive Staff Member (CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, etc.
- SAP working knowledge is preferred including Concur Expense Reporting
- Ability to interface with all levels of management, representing the company culture and values positively
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, while identifying and implanting process improvements.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to supporting executives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
