We are eye physicians and surgeons in Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana. In practice since 1984, we have performed over 15,000 laser vision correction procedures and over 100,000 cataract extractions and other surgical procedures. Our eye doctors have a combined experience level exceeding 120 years, including over 80 combined years of eye surgery experience. We also play a significant role in developing new medications and treatments through our clinical trials division, Butchertown Clinical Trials.
This position provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Group.
Responsibilities:
- Word processing
- Graphic design, including social media content, flyers, brochures, and newsletters, Canva or Photoshop experience is a PLUS!
- Data entry
- Note-taking and minute creation
- Edit and proofread documents
- Maintain staff access to the security system
- Purchasing services and supplies as directed
- Request building maintenance as directed
- Welcome guests, including arranging food and beverages
- Patient/Subject registration at the center of the clinical trial as directed
