Wahweap Insurance and Financial is looking for an Executive Customer Service and Sales Team Member to be the first line of defense with all new and existing clients. This role will require you to work directly with clients over the phone and in person. You would be responsible for making each and every customer feel valued by ensuring clients are scheduled on a consistent basis and a liaison for making sure client service work is completed in a timely manner. We want to provide the best options for our customers, this includes sales options that will enhance the customer’s experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Business Operations

• Primary contact to handle incoming calls and respond to information requests

• Drive client activity through calendar management = organize and schedule client appointments

• Maintain and update the Client Relationship System- including noting the file on each customer

• Execution of a client service strategy o Ensure clients are being followed up with in a timely manner . Proactive outreach to existing clients to ensure exceptional service Client Service Management

• Pipeline tracking and client account monitoring

• Initiate client paperwork and applications and ensure proper completion

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Required:

• Minimum of High School Degree, College Degree preferred

• Previous experience with administrative and client service support Desired

• Previous experience in the Insurance Industry a plus

• P&C license and/or Life insurance and/or securities licensed a plus SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive and ability to self-direct

• Takes initiative to solve problems independently and creatively

• Ability to strategically manage time and prioritize work

• Must be able to maintain integrity of sensitive and confidential information

• Adapt to changing demands and responsibilities

• Attention to details and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment

• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

Pay: $9.81 - $15.86 per hour
