We are looking for an extremely experienced BDC Rep to join our Sales & Service team. You will have one of the most critical roles at our dealership. You're the first voice to our potential customers when they consider our dealership when calling, emailing, or chatting online. Your ability to quickly answer questions, collect and provide information, and use our state-of-the-art technology will keep our dealership in a competitive position in the market.

You will be working with a team, using technology, to answer phone calls, reply to emails, send text messages and create videos for customers who inquire about any of our New Honda or pre-owned vehicles. You will be seated in our beautiful and bright showroom with the collaborative team. We look forward to your great energy, effort, and enthusiasm that make a remarkable difference in our business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, video and online chat to answer questions and invite them to visit our dealership
  • Actively selling of vehicle benefits and features and promoting dealership before customer comes to the dealership
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, giving advice and providing real solutions
  • create great customer experience by using video technology to provide vehicle detail and follow up with customer
  • Log all Customer comments.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
  • Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Post scheduled appointments on appointment board in BDC.
  • Contact and Reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
  • Follow up with Sales or Service Department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
  • Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Update Customer changes in database.
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous role in BDC based on strong customer/guest service
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and be open to taking short videos for customers
  • Active interest in working in a fun, competitive environment based on teamwork and camaraderie
  • Experience and comfortable working with technology (computers, mobile phones, video)
  • Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
