***We're currently looking to add a NP in the BURLESON/CLEBURNE, TX to specifically perform Hospice Recertification Face-to-Face visits.
EXTRAORDINARY NP Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN License in the state of Texas
- Current Texas Driver's license, Automobile Liability Insurance and maintain an automobile to be used at work
- 3 years of NP experience in hospice preferred
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull light to moderate loads; Moderately heavy physical effort; May occasionally do heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling
