What does a day at work look like?

The employee will report to their assigned area at 6 am ready to work. A job traveler containing the items needing to be sanded will be provided at your station. You will be trained on how to sand the foam parts as well as other fabricating techniques for our foam products. Employees are allowed two 15 minute breaks and a thirty minute break for lunch. The shift ends at 2:30. If you are selected for and agree to work overtime the shift ends at 4:30. Our medical community relies on our fabrication specialists to create foam products to help treat many ailments.

Requirements:

• Use hand or power sander to smooth foam parts
• Follow directions to assemble headphones and apply Velcro to foam products
• Ability to work safely and a good eye for quality and details
• Organized with a self starting attitude, who plans tools and material needs ahead of job
• Use screen printing tools such as a squeegee, silk screen, and ink to screen print designs onto foam products
• Productive and looks for ways to speed up rates without diminishing part quality
