Position: Facilities Coordinator
FSLA Status: Full-time/Non-Exempt
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay Rate: $19/hr

Scope of the Role
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all office and distribution center activities, ensuring the building’s health and safety standards are met and coordinates repairs as needed.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain external vendor communication pertaining to the distribution center’s needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the facility.
  • Coordinate and create JIRA work orders with Facilities Maintenance role to ensure building’s devices, structures, and systems (i.e., fire alarms, air conditioners etc.) require repairs and/or renovations.
  • Follow established schedules and arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (i.e., heating system, alarms, security cameras etc.)
  • Restock office and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Oversee cleaning schedule and disinfecting the building.
  • Troubleshoot minor malfunctions in office equipment as needed.
  • Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
  • Follow established purchase order protocols and maintain daily ad-hoc facility expenses.
  • Accounting department point of contact for supporting documentation requests.
  • Maintain invoices from external partners (i.e., suppliers, security guards etc.)
  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
  • Partner with Facilities Maintenance and Facilities Manager to create Supply Inventory Tracker and establish Par Levels. Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
  • Monitor and buzz in/sign in staff from security window, start up, breaks and lunches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Equipment Functions
  • Coordinate and process rental equipment ordering, delivery, and pickup.
  • Request and process Purchase Orders for onsite rental equipment.
  • Input data and maintain the NetSuite Equipment module.
  • Maintains MHE Fleet by Location sheet and updates monthly.
  • Contact and schedule repair service for equipment with approved vendors.
Qualifications & Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have 1-3 years of recent experience in a facilities management/operations role.
  • Ability to understand safety regulations in office and warehouse spaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
