Orangetheory® Fitness

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help us maintain secure and well-functioning studio environments for our Los Angeles locations. The Facilities Coordinator (FC) is a crucial part of the regional facilities operations team. They are responsible for overseeing the function and proper operations of all on-site facilities and equipment in their designated region. This role reports to the lead regional coordinator and performs all required duties revolving around studio projects including light plumbing, electrical, painting, general maintenance tasks, exercise equipment repair, organizing and tracking vendor data and metrics, and coordinating and managing all vendor appointments and deliveries. The FC will also perform ad-hoc projects related to studio development, ongoing facilities needs, and regional reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report directly to Senior Operations & Facilities Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with performing fitness equipment repairs when needed
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage appointments and deliveries
- Organize and track studio facilities metrics, vendor data, points of contact, and vendor relationships
- Assist project manager with new construction timelines
- Manage studio project support dashboard
- Provide consistent and appropriate communication with each studio regarding all existing projects
- Oversee studio project supply portal, including updates to product offerings and approvals on all orders
- Perform ad hoc projects related to new studio development, ongoing facilities’ needs, and/or regional reporting
- Execute other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a related field, a plus
- Knowledge + Experience: Familiarity with Orangetheory Fitness preferred; 4-5 years of general maintenance experience required; knowledge of facilities management operations; reliable transportation, a must
- Soft Skills: Willingness to learn new trades to better support studios; strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills; ability to multitask; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; well-organized and detail-oriented; sound judgment and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings
- Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions
- May require driving long distances (up to 2-3 hours)

Job Type: Full-time, road warrior based in the greater Los Angeles area with travel expected throughout that region, as well as Bakersfield, when needed
Pay: $25-30/hour
