The desired candidate will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Strong Knowledge of HVAC including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Strong Knowledge of plumbing, electrical maintenance and repair
• Knowledgeable in facility safety practices
• Knowledgeable in facility general maintenance
• Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Must be able to communicate with customers effectively, professionally and efficiently
• Possess excellent people skills and work well in a team environment
• The ability to exercise sound judgment when carrying out projects and/or tasks
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
• Reviews and ensures data integrity in CMMS.
• Assist with ticket routing and converting tickets into the CMMS as needed.
• Generate reports on requested data needed for Management.
• Experience and proficiency in inputting and researching data and creating reports in computerized maintenance management systems.
• Translate work instructions such as job plans and bill of materials from equipment manuals, maintenance staff, and managers.
• Proficiently perform planning and/or scheduling duties by writing job plans and developing PM strategies to optimize resources.
• Computer skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft office and like applications. Mastery of Sheets and Excel to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Must be able to coordinate and oversee sub-contractors/vendors and provide reports with status updates.
• Reliable and dependable. Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and a pre-employment drug screening.
