Job Description and Expected Deliverables:
- Analyzes Field returns, gathers additional data as needed, and partners cross functionally to share feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to perform and identify product failures
- Generates investigation reports based on Failure analysis
- Responsible for setup, functionality, maintenance and calibration of Test equipment
- Participate in cross functional meetings to identify and escalate product defects
- Follow standard procedures and work instructions
- Complete all activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Other activities as mentioned by Manager
2 ~ 5 years technical experience, preferably in a regulated environment Associates/Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent in a technical discipline Performs complex technical functions such as set up, operation, maintenance, modification, circuit testing, and troubleshooting of electronic or electro-mechanical components and systems Demonstrated experience documenting and organizing test data and lab notes Demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis of electronics and electro-mechanical systems to component level Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Utilize various electronic test equipment, such as meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies Perform component level device removal, component soldering, and electronic repair Develop and document test procedures Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with engineering and management as needed Preferred Candidate will also have:
Experience with SAP, Trackwise, or similar databases
Experience in a medical or highly regulated environment
Familiarity of 5S and Continuous Improvement workplaces
Familiarity of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Physical Requirements:
Candidate shall be able to stand, sit for extended periods of time, reach, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, use hand tools and electronic measurement equipment
Candidates should be prepared to: Provide examples of complex systems that they have investigated and types of analyses used to reach root cause conclusion Describe their knowledge of circuit that they have investigated. Describe their approach to troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and/or pneumatic devices at system and device level Present or detail examples of technical documentation of their investigation of electronics and systems
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45.54 - $50.62 per hour
