Family Law Paralegal Job at Patrick A. Wright
Patrick A. Wright is seeking experienced, fabulous, family law paralegals to join the team in our Frisco and Lewisville office locations. The ideal paralegal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience handling Texas family law matters.
The candidates must love family law, be compassionate, and care about clients, be able to manage a case load, be well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and be able to draft complex family law pleadings, discovery, and orders. The candidates must be team players as they will work alongside other paralegals.
Key Responsibilities include:
Preparing preliminary drafts of pleadings, discovery, and correspondence for attorney review; communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel; Maintain calendar, deadlines, and reminders for attorney; Assist in scheduling and preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Be familiar with word, excel, outlook and with the requirements for e-filing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
