Overview:

Tully Rinckey PLLC is speaking with attorneys to join our family and matrimonial practice group inside the Firm's Rochester, NY office. Our firm has a statewide practice that is led by award winning attorneys and consists of a team throughout the state that routinely assist clients with family and matrimonial legal needs.

Tully Rinckey attorneys can count on the support of a full service marketing department, highly skilled business development team, public relations, IT support, legal support and client relations support so that our Attorneys can focus squarely on the practice of law and servicing our clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling both Family and Matrimonial law cases. Experience will include document drafting, representation in Family court including custody, child and spousal support, orders of protection as well as separation agreements, and handling divorce matters.

Compensation is based on experience. Partner-level candidates will be rewarded for origination and/or portable business. Sole practitioner candidates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
