Description
This is a non-costumed position. Mount Hope will supply a Staff shirt. Khaki bottoms are required. This is a Seasonal Part-Time Position. You are responsible for booth's change orders and register pulls during the faire day.
Duties:
- Provide friendly and quality customer service while answering questions and offering suggestions to patrons.
- Should be responsible with money
- Requires a lot of walking on uneven terrain.
- Responsible for balancing a starting/ending change bank.
- Handling minor customer complaints with understanding.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must possess the ability to be customer-service oriented, friendly, and motivated to provide necessary information and assistance to our valued patrons.
- Have steady transportation.
- Friendly and able to work well with others.
- Meet company grooming standards.
Working Conditions:
- Requires working mostly outdoors in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Requires standing, lifting, and bending.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Salary
$11 - $12 per hour
