LeafGuard has doubled in size over the past year, and our branch in Huntsville, AL are seeking motivated individuals, with a winning mindset, eager to get out into their community and create personal connections with our Homeowners!
This position requires excellent communication skills, a fun and positive outlook, and the ability to establish instant rapport with potential customers, becoming the FACE of our company!
In exchange, we offer the opportunity to earn FULL-TIME compensation while working part-time hours, on-job training support, and standard-setting internal infrastructure for growth within or outside of our company and industry.
Requirements:
· Outgoing and able to create an instant connection with anyone.
· Available to work Mondays-Fridays 2-7 PM.
· Must be willing to travel throughout their assigned territory.
· Motivate Canvass teams and create excitement.
· Provide managers with Daily/Weekly appointment-setting metrics.
