Construction Applicators/CAC Construction Group has an immediate, well paid career position available for a Field Manager! The Construction Applicators Field Manager is responsible for the success of his or her team(6 staff members) including safety, customer contact and satisfaction, team building, production, and overall quality/service. Ideal Candidates should have:

• A positive reference of work experience in management, construction, military or related industry
• A strong work ethic
• A good working knowledge of scheduling practices is desirable
• Be well organized and detail oriented and have excellent time management skills
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to work with a company whose values are focused on our people, our customers, and how we perform our work every day.

In addition:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less in order to properly serve customers, if required
• Limited working knowledge of Windows computers, essential programs, and performance metrics applications
• Must be an excellent communicator and speaker both online in written interactions, and face-to-face customer service interactions

Experience:

• relevant: 1 year+(Preferred)
• Spanish speaker (Helpful)
