Condado’s Field Marketing Specialist supports the Support Center Marketing Team by executing local store marketing strategies for both existing and new restaurants. The Field Marketing Specialist reports to the Field Marketing Manager and collaborates with internal departments, field teams and vendor partners.
The primary focus of this role will be supporting local restaurant marketing for existing stores with the goal of driving sales by effectively connecting with the guests through localized efforts to raise brand awareness, increase frequency and loyalty. Examples of Local Restaurant Marketing include community events, in-restaurant events, brand sponsorships, local awards, restaurant weeks, and charitable partnerships. Working with the Field Marketing Manager, they will partner closely with the Area Managers and General Managers to identify opportunities and execute on-brand marketing strategies. They will travel to priority markets to understand local culture, surrounding residential, retail, and competitive landscape, traffic and travel patterns, and foster local partnerships.
When opening new restaurants, the Field Marketing Specialist will support marketing efforts to successfully generate awareness and excitement for the opening.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Proactive, independent working style with effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong collaborator and a contributor to an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
- Proficient with Google Suite + Microsoft Office Suite
