The Role
This is a temporary part-time position with an expected duration of 4-6 weeks and 20-30 hours per week. We are seeking a professional and skilled Field Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with store managers to understand product engagement. You must have excellent communication skills and be customer focused.
For the first 4 weeks after the installation of our new system, you will visit each store 1 to 2 times a week to ensure the system is functioning as expected. You will ensure the store staff is trained, hear feedback from store managers, and work internal teams to document and resolve on site issues. You will be expected to document insights to share with product managers and technical team members.
Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $18 - $27 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Miso Robotics, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
