Finance Operations Director Position Summary:

The Finance Operations Director oversees all financial activities of TidalHealth Primary & Specialty Care including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, revenue, and cost management. The Finance Operaions Director also coordinates and leads the deployment of revenue cycle initiatives, with an emphasis on revenue maximization, administrative efficiency to reduce financial risk and updates business processes. The Finance Operations Director will play an integral role in establishing rapid transformation of work, collaborating daily with the Practice Managers and Finance leaders by maintaining the momentum of work plans, business process documentation, KPI’s and communication across administrative and operational teams. The Finance Operations Director consults with the Chief Administrative Officer on matters relating to the above-mentioned areas.

Finance Operations Director Position Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree Business, finance, health care administration or a closely related field. MBA degree is preferred.
• Ten years’ experience in Practice Financial Operations with at least five of those years in a leadership role.
• Creative and analytical skills to resolve operational and administrative problems that require the innovative application of specialized knowledge to support financial and operating plans.
• Ability to effectively partner with others and to persuade and negotiate with peers on issues and programs that impact practices as well as other departments or divisions
• Excellent communication skills

Finance Operations Director Benefits

• At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
