WHAT YOU WILL DO:

In the Financial Analyst role, you will examine business performance and market conditions to create forecasts to help senior management make tactical and strategic conclusions by providing periodic reports.

  • Provide detailed analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting for SFCI
  • Monitor and evaluate operating results against budget while preparing evaluation with recommendations for efficiencies
  • Collaborate with department heads on capital investment decisions, post-audit assessment of variances from expectations, and the impact of new investments
  • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments connecting spend with successes
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Nurture relationships with department heads and develop models and presentations that help with decision-making and enhance a culture of trust
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

YOUR MUST HAVES:

As a Financial Analyst, you must have strong attention to accuracy and detail as well as demonstrated diagnostic, decision-making, and problem solving skills. Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

Additional skills, qualities, and experience that would help you be successful in this role include:

  • CPA or CMA
  • Experience with MS D365 ERP software
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This role will normally work in a quiet office setting located at either our North Little Rock, AR or Kieler, WI office. Some portions of the facility require the use of PPE to protect against chemicals, airborne pathogens, and other hazardous materials.
