Fine Dining Server Job at Kinship & Métier
Kinship and Métier are the restaurants of James Beard Award Winner Chef Eric Ziebold. The restaurants are located in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of the city, in an historic building dating back to 1907. Both restaurants commit themselves to offer creative and contemporary American cuisine with a continued dedication to hospitality.
We are currently seeking a captain for Kinship & Métier . Qualified candidates must have 2 years previous server or captain experience (in a chef-driven environment preferred) and will possess serving experience in a fine dining setting along with a deep appreciation for food and wine. A strong foundation in wine and spirits, with an emphasis on France and America are preferred. A natural aptitude towards hospitality, attention to detail and a genuine desire to create a memorable experience for our guests is key for this position. A flexible schedule is necessary along with the ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
We are open exclusively for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. We offer a great working environment and a competitive benefit package with the following:
